1、 Product Overview

The Yudian AP series high reliability small PLC adopts a 32-bit microprocessor, which greatly accelerates the operating speed compared to similar products in the past. It uses "fever" grade components and inherits Yudian's classic low-power and high reliability design concept. The design goal is an annual average repair rate of less than 0.1%. In terms of anti-interference, it has passed the 4KV group pulse test and meets the requirements for use in harsh industrial environments. It can be widely used in various industrial, scientific research, and civilian sites that require small PLCs.

2、 Functional Features

1. Multiple communication modes, in addition to traditional RS232 and RS485 communication interfaces, 40 point and above products also support CAN2.0 communication interfaces.

2. In addition to supporting traditional MODBUS RTU/ASCII and free communication protocols, it also supports CANBUS and Yudian AIBUS communication protocols. By connecting Yudian's rich AI series intelligent temperature controllers/regulators/inspection instruments/flow integrators and power instruments, a fully functional and powerful work control system can be built.

3. Can be combined with the Yudian 3270 multifunctional configuration true color human-machine interface touch screen.

4. Easy to expand, in addition to the conventional 14, 28, and 40 point products, the 40 point product can be connected to multiple expansion modules and can be expanded to 256 points.

5. Adopting advanced fast non-volatile memory FRAM to store register data, even if the built-in battery fails, it does not affect data storage after power failure.

6. Energy saving design reduces the power consumption of each input port from around 0.1W in similar products on the market to 0.03-0.05W.

7. The output adopts transistors or power type relays, which have strong contact load capacity and can instantly withstand more than twice the current of similar products on the market, improving the overall reliability of the system.

8. The 40 point product offers 24V and 220V power supplies for customers to choose from.
